Free UPS Ground Shipping:

We offer free UPS Ground shipping via our domestic (U.S.) checkout for all customers. 

United States Customers:

If any shipping method other than Free Shipping is selected, your order is processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:30pm Eastern Time, unless a part or the computer itself is backordered. If a Free shipping method is selected, your order is processed and shipped within three (3) business days. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 7:00PM Eastern Time) only.

You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow one (1) business day for the carrier to update the tracking status. Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those that do not meet our security requirements. Orders over $750.00 paid with PayPal require an adult signature for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any failed delivery attempts to these or similar types of addresses will be subject to a $65 intercept fee.

Evolve Gaming assumes responsibility to ship the purchased product(s) to the address provided by the buyer via the selected shipping method. Evolve Gaming is not responsible or liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided, unsecure locations items were delivered, or any other shipping issue out of control of Evolve Computer. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the aforementioned matters and should contact the shipping carrier to file necessary claims should an issue occur. All shipments include insurance paid for by Evolve Computer.

Standard Fraud Prevention:

Evolve Gaming PCs reserves the right to request any customer’s photo ID, and a picture of the credit card used in any purchase (with all information blocked out except the last four digits, and expiration date). 

The photo ID must be government issued and include a first and last name, and a billing address that matches the one provided by the credit card issuer. If an ID is not available, a utility bill may be accepted in some circumstances. 

In an effort to fight credit card fraud, Evolve Gaming PCs will use this information to verify the information provided by the issuing bank, matches the information provided by the customer.

If an individual is unwilling to do so, the order will be canceled and subject to all relevant fees.

Address Change Fraud Prevention

Evolve Gaming PCs requires all address changes to be made via email. The email used must match the email used to create the order. Furthermore, a government issued ID, utility bill, or credit card statement must be used to verify the original address. Address changes will not be processed over the phone or chat system under any circumstances. 

International customers:

All international orders are processed through a third-party verification system prior to processing. Orders will be shipped within two business days of clearing this process via the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or other interruptions caused by international customs or other reasons.
