Returns:

All Evolve Gaming PCs come with a 30 day standard return period, in which, a computer may be returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items such as “Rush Build”, “Microsoft Office”, “Overclocking” and “Shipment Fees” are not refundable due to the nature of the purchased item. Certain items are excluded from Evolve Gaming PC’s standard return period. The following items are excluded:

1. All Custom Loop PCs
2. All Evolve Gaming PC “Custom Builds”
3. All PCs Shipped With Non-Standard Customer Requested Parts
4. All PCs In Which A Customer Has Modified A Certain Part(s)
5. All PCs With Custom Decals/Paint
6. All PCs Delivered Over 30 Days Prior To The Return Request

All shipping costs to return the PC are to be paid by the customer. In the event, any of the following items are met the shipping cost will be paid by Evolve Gaming PCs.

1. Hardware-related issues are the cause of PC instability or performance issues.
   a. Please note, software such as Windows 11 Pro (Operating Systems), drivers, and other added software-related issues are not covered under this section.
2. Outbound shipment from Evolve Gaming PCs to customer suffered damage verified by both the shipment carrier and Evolve Gaming PCs.

Evolve Gaming PCs requires customers purchase insurance on all return shipments to ensure any damaged returns, or lost shipments are covered by the shipment provider. In the event, a shipment is returned damaged, Evolve Gaming PCs will deduct the cost of the damaged items from the refund.

If your PC is damaged or not working Evolve Gaming PCs must be notified within 30 days of delivery to accept the return. 

**Please note – If you elect to exchange a damaged item for a repair/replacement under our warranty, no restocking fee or shipping costs will be applied. The above sections pertain to user-elected returns only. 

**Please note – If you elect to receive store credit towards another product or service from Evolve Gaming PCs (this includes product from our Apple site as well), no restocking fee will be assessed!

Cancellations:

All sales are final and as is. Cancellations will only be provided if  cancellation is requested within 72 hours of an order being placed.

All cancellations are charged a $75 processing fee to cover the costs associated with returning funds to customers. 

After 72 hours has passed orders will not be cancelled.

Orders that have pending payments for order changes and are outside of lead times are unable to be cancelled.

Evolve Gaming PCs is unable to return funds to any other account other than the original payment method.
